Hello, and welcome! I am an individual therapist and I specialize in helping individuals working through difficult trauma, sex therapy, complex relationship issues, and the impacts of Narcissistic Personality Disorder on relationships. I work closely with individuals struggling with different forms of mental disorders and help my clients forge a new path forward toward healing and wholeness. My passion is in therapy, and I am humbled and grateful when people invite me to play a meaningful role in their lives.

Sara Warnquist, Psychotherapist, LGSW

Welcome! I specialize in working with clients to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and eating disorder behaviors. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming counseling and have experience working with individuals of many different cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. While I may not have the same identity as you do, I am always curious to better understand how your experience has shaped you and want all to feel welcomed and valued when seeking mental health support.

We will discuss what pushed you to seek therapy and how it is interfering with your wellbeing. We will explore your support systems, daily habits, and past history to understand the full picture of your life situation and identify aspects that are helping or hurting. I will help you identify your therapy goals and create a plan to start feeling better.

I believe therapy should feel comfortable and even enjoyable. I take a relaxed, interactive approach and use a bit of humor to help build strong, authentic connections with my clients. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace.

Everyone deserves support, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I look forward to connecting with you.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy is a big step, and I’m here to offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and respected.

I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be serious, so I incorporate humor into our sessions to keep things light when needed. Sometimes laughter is just as important as insight.

My approach is centered on creating an open and collaborative space where your experiences are valued, and we work together toward achieving your personal goals. Whether you're navigating a challenge or simply looking to grow, I’m here to guide you with empathy and understanding. I look forward to meeting you.
